Working with Individuals
Space to think. Room to move.
Sometimes you don't need someone to tell you what to do.
You just need some space to work out what's really going on.
You might be dealing with a difficult situation at work, questioning what's next, struggling to set a boundary, finding a relationship difficult, or simply feeling that something isn't quite right.
You may know something needs to change — but not what.
Or you may know exactly what you want to do but keep finding something getting in the way.
That's where a Talk Conexus conversation can help.
A space to work things out
Talk Conexus offers individual coaching through thoughtful, practical conversation.
It's time to step out of the noise and pay attention to what's actually happening — what you're thinking, how you're feeling and how you're responding.
Together, we might explore:
A decision you're struggling to make
A difficult conversation you're avoiding
Confidence that has taken a knock
Boundaries that aren't working
Relationships that feel complicated
Patterns that keep showing up
A change you're considering
What's important to you now
Or simply a sense that you want something to be different
There isn't a set agenda for what we have to achieve.
We'll start with what's happening for you and see where the conversation takes us.
Sometimes that means making sense of something that's been going round in your head. Sometimes it's about questioning an assumption, looking at a situation differently or recognising choices you hadn't considered.
And sometimes it's about deciding what you're going to do next.
You don't have to arrive with a fixed goal
You don't need to know exactly what you want from our sessions before you start.
You don't need a five-year plan.
And you don't need to have everything neatly worked out.
You just need something you want to think about.
I'll bring questions, attention and the occasional moment of humour.
You'll bring your experience, perspective and whatever is happening in your world.
Together, we make sense of it.
Practical as well as reflective
Thinking is useful. But sometimes you also need to do something differently.
Alongside reflection and exploration, we'll look at what could actually help — whether that's preparing for a conversation, trying a different approach, making a decision, setting a boundary or taking one small step.
No scripts. No one-size-fits-all answers.
Just practical options that make sense for you.
What might change?
You might leave with a clearer understanding of what's happening.
A different perspective.
A conversation you're finally ready to have.
A decision. A boundary. A little more confidence.
Or simply a sense that things feel less tangled than they did before.
It doesn't have to be a huge breakthrough. Sometimes a small shift in how you see something is enough to create movement.
Finding the right space for you
People come to coaching for different reasons, and not everyone needs or wants the same level of commitment.
There are three ways to work together.
Single conversation
One 90-minute conversation.
A chance to explore something that's on your mind, try coaching or have some dedicated time to think things through.
You can book another conversation whenever you feel it would be useful.
£140
Six-session Programme
Six 90-minute conversations, usually spread over approximately four months.
For someone who wants to spend time exploring something, build momentum or work towards a particular change.
It gives us the opportunity to build on previous conversations and notice what's shifting along the way.
At the end, you can decide what works best for you next.
£800
Ongoing conversations
Three 90-minute conversations, with one session each month over three months.
For someone who values having regular space to think, reflect and work through whatever life brings.
At the end of the three months, we'll review what's useful. You can continue, change the frequency, take a break or finish.
£400

Ready to think it through?
If there's something you've been going round in circles with, let's give it some space.
You don't need to have all the answers before getting in touch. We can start with a conversation about what you're looking for and whether working together feels right.
Sometimes the first step is simply making a little space to think.
